LEGO Olympic Decathlon


Grades 1-5

Test your LEGO skill, grit, determination and ingenuity against LEGO masterminds from throughout the metro area. 

How does it work? Students choose 5 to 8 challenges which vary in complexity and in possible points. The more difficult the challenge, the more points that are possible.  Challenges include: marshmallow toss, fastest car, tallest tower, scariest ride and more.

Medals & Trophies: Students compete within their age category - grades 1-2 and grades 3-5. Trophies are given out to 1st-3rd place in each grade level category and medals are given out based on performance. Every Olympian will receive either a trophy or a medal by the end of the day.

Students may compete as individuals or as pairs. Pairs must sign up individually and let the Olympic Director know they are competing as a pair the day of the event.  All LEGO materials are provided. No extra building materials will be allowed (mini-figs are okay). Pizza, snacks and beverages will be provided for all registered participants.
