Water Safey Instruction (WSI) - Ages 16 and Up

Become certified to teach American Red Cross Swim Lessons! 

The American Red Cross WSI course trains participants to teach all levels of learn-to-swim, preschool aquatics, and personal water safety classes.  Fundamentals of Instructor Training (FIT) is also included. Books and materials are included.

Students should bring a swimming suit, pencil and paper to every class, plus a lunch/snack and water bottle.

Prerequisite: Students must be 16 years of age on or before the last day of class and must be able to demonstrate swimming skills equivalent to Red Cross Level 4 swim lesson requirements.
